In the economic globalization, supply chain has already become the basis for the modern enterprise competitiveness and competition means has also shifted from the competition between enterprises to the competition between supply chains. In order to survive and achieve long-term development in the fierce competitive environment, tourism enterprises have gradually recognized that participation in domestic and international competition of its own power alone is very difficult. They compose a risk and profit sharing supply chain with suppliers, sellers, tourists, through information and resource sharing, and it is the general trend that they must strengthen their core competitiveness and maximize the value of the whole supply chain.Therefore, in this paper, by literature review, field research, qualitative and quantitative methods and so on, the tourism supply chain management in e-commerce environment is deeply analyzed in theory and practice, which may provide some suggestions for our country's tourism enterprises for the effective implementation of supply chain management to share the external resources, reduce operating costs and enhance overall competitiveness.The study is divided into six Chapters. Chapter I, Introduction, presents the background of this study, research significance, tourism supply chain research status, the contents of research paper, research methods and the study of innovation. The Second Chapter is tourism supply chain management theory which explains the supply chain and tourism supply chain concepts, features, core idea of tourism supply chain management (attaching weight to the combination of firms, hardening the resources integration), as well as the importance of tourism supply chain management model (meeting the requirement of tourists quickly, integrating resources, and promoting the growth of regional economic). The Third Chapter is the impact of e-commerce on supply chain describing the concept of e-commerce, functional characteristics, introduces the technical foundation and development situation of e-commerce, and deeply analyzing the impact of e-commerce on tourism and tourist enterprises, such as, e-commerce heightens the international competitive power of tourism, and promotes the cooperation between enterprises. The Fourth Chapter is the tourism supply chain model in e-commerce environment. This part focuses on the analysis of the advantages (low cost, personalized services, and unbounded time and space) of tourism supply chain of the network provider for the core and its feasibility (strong motivation of cooperation, powerful IT platform, and extend network functions ) and constructs the new model of tourism supply chain on the base of analyzing the main problems of the operation mode of traditional tourism supply chain. The Fifth Chapter specifies tourism supply chain management system integration in e-commerce environment. This section discusses integration platform of realizing information exchange between enterprises and own enterprise in tourism supply chain, and builds a tourist supply chain architecture. Besides, this section also highlights the critical technique Corba and web services for the need of information exchange, and makes a different division of labor based on these two technologies with different advantages and disadvantages, Corba mainly within the integration of heterogeneous systems of own enterprise, web services mainly within information interaction problem between tourism supply chain enterprises. Finally, technology solutions for information communication are put forward in tourism supply chain system. The last chapter summarizes the whole study.
