With the development progress of science and technology in the society, network stores of china have gained a seat on the markets full of opportunities and threats, and have changed the lives of our customers. Particularly in the financial crisis situation, network stores have shown tremendous development advantages and market potential. After the baptism of the crisis, the market structure and the environment of network stores have been optimized, and the Internet penetration rate is upgrading, resulting in an increasing number of people to begin to use the network, and Netizen's awareness and acceptance about network stores is also enhanced. Despite of this momentum, there are still many consumers flinching from online shopping, so what are the impacts of their actions? As e-commerce enterprises are increasingly being introduced to the market and are accepting the baptism of the wave of domestic and international market competition, what should online retailers do to develop their business in order to make their network stores more competitive? Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the competitiveness composition of network stores, to research the current opportunities and threats that domestic network stores are facing, to research the competitiveness factor of network stores, and how to choose their competitive strategy according to their characteristics, as well as how to enhance their competitive advantage and so on.For this purpose, this paper mainly uses the methods of theoretical research, questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis. Firstly, the concept and characteristics of network stores will be summarized, and the competitiveness of online shopping about current international and domestic online shopping will be elaborated; Secondly, the paper will mainly use the way of questionnaire survey, on the basis of data collection, use Spss 16.0 statistical software for data analysis, such as statistical analysis of frequency, the analysis of cross contingency table, multiple correspondence analysis and Pearson correlation analysis etc., and to obtain the strengths and weaknesses of the netizen choosing network stores, which will be used as the base of the text analysis; Thirdly, through analyzing the structure and content of competitiveness of network stores and according to the characteristics of online shopping, the paper will sum up the contents of competitiveness of network stores and build the competitiveness model of network stores; Then, combining the results of questionnaire analysis, it will analyze the opportunities and threats that the current network stores are facing, and make some advice about how to develop a more competitive network stores on the basis of the existing advantages and disadvantages.
