Research On Pawning Of Sme In The Middle And Western Of China

The small and medium enterprises(SMEs)has played an increasingly important role in our national economy,it promoting economic growth,alleviate the employment pressure,speed up technological progress,and encourage private investments. However,the SMEs were limited access to financial resources,the financing are common problems in china,disproportionate to their role in the economic and social development. The SMEs have a bigger problem in financial intermediation,in the middle and western regions,compare with the SMEs in the eastern region,because of the high rate of assets and liabilities,guarantees the credit system is not perfect,the concept of out-of-date and other reasons. The small and medium enterprises have not a fundamental solution to the financing difficulties used by traditional financing model,in this case,this dissertation try to present a new kind of financing,that is pawning,in the middle and western regions of china.Compared with the traditional means of financing for SMEs,the pawning has the unique financing advantage,such as simplicity pawn finance,credit demand is low,unrestricted use of funds. The pawning played a positive role in support of the production,and active circulation and facilitate the people's livelihood. This dissertation tries to discuss the pawn development in middle and western regions for SMEs,using by the chart of comparative,investigation analysis,and pointing out the outstanding problems of pawning for SMEs in the middle and western regions,such as the society have not attention,the SMEs also failed to use this mean to solve financing problem. This dissertation also put forward to promote the pawning and deepen the service for SMEs,such as changing the concept of SME financing,improvement of standards pawning business development,strengthen government support and supervision,establish and improve industry self-regulatory organization,in order to solve the problem of financing for small and medium enterprises, promote economic development in the middle and western regions,and achieve a harmonious economy development in every regions.
