The outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 has influenced China's economic development and social transformation greatly at all levels, especially in the transfer of labor force which is still at an early stage in rural areas, following a massive flow of migrant workers return home, it appeared serious "shortage of migrant workers", it highlights the vulnerability of China's rural labor force and structure imbalance and has hampered China's dual economic restructuring and the building of a harmonious society. Therefore, the study of financial crisis on the impact of labor has important practical significance.In this paper, the transfer of rural labor force of China's current situation and issues are briefly reviewed and summarized, and look ahead to future trends, in order to lay the foundation of this research. Secondly, this paper has analysised the impact of labor transfer from the macro and micro perspectives by the interpretation about the occurrence of financial crises, development of financial crisis and evolution of financial crisis, then it has explored the impact of deep-seated causes of labor from the dynamics perspectives of cost-benefit. This paper argues that changes in labor cost-benefit situation is the root cause of the problem, the financial crisis has greatly reduced the benefits of migrant workers, while it has increased the cost of the transfer, resulting in combined revenues of labor declined and the stagnation of labor is inevitable. Based on the above-mentioned study, this paper also interpreted the post-crisis era "labor shortage" phenomenon reasonably, with the aim of improving the relevance and effectiveness of the strategies.Finally, this article will bring a number of recommendations on rural labor transfer and the dual economic structure transformation with the institutional innovation, the development of information platforms, increase training.
