China has became the world’s largest manufacturing country with the population sizeand wealth of material resources. Large number of rural migrant workers who has a lowwages and strong willingness to work is one of the main factors that the rapid development ofChina’s manufacturing ind ustry. Among these migrant workers, cenozoic migrant workersborn after1980are more than60%. In terms of size, they have become the main force of thenew century. As an important part of China’s manufacturing team, incentive factors ofcenozoic migrant workers is particularly necessary in the increasingly fierce competition, thishas also become one of the companies gain a competitive advantage.As the economy rebounds in2010, the shortage of farmer workers that first appeared inthe Pearl River Delta Region, showing the trend of gradual spread from south to north, fromeast to west. Shortage" is becoming a national issue currently. According to the ChineseAcademy of Social Sciences, Population and Labor Economics, director of the Institute ofCai’s research shows that China’s unlimited labor supply has passed. From2004, An annualincrease of the net increase in the amount of the employed population are lower than theincrease in labor demand, the gap between the two are gradually expanding over time. In thiscontext, enterprise generation of migrant workers team stability, the degree of the size of theincentive effects of migrant workers and even the ultimate expression of the business flow ofmigrant workers will affect the smooth production and operation of China’s enterprises.This type of study on incentive factors of cenozoic migrant workers is less at home andabroad. Manifested in the form of a "labor shortage" of labor shortage. The incentive problemof the generation of migrant workers from the management point of view, has sometheoretical and social significance.This study selected a new generation of migrant workers in different sectorsrepresentative literature finishing refining the motivating factor of the new generation ofmigrant workers, the questionnaire method to investigate the generation of migrant workers,through the data collected statistical analysis to sort out the generation of migrant workersplay a stimulating dimension, and then explore the internal and external factors that motivatethe effectiveness of the new generation of migrant workers, on this basis, the combination ofmanagement incentive theory and the current macro-economic environment for Chineseenterprises to effectively inspire a new generation of migrant workers to ensure the stabilityof the corporate ranks of migrant workers to provide constructive comments and suggestions.
