Paper industry mainly indicates pulping, manufacture of paper and paper products. It has significant economy of scale and intensive capital and technology. The product is widely used and it is deeply related with other industries. It is an important force in the development of pulling industries like forestry, agriculture, chemical industry, machinery manufacturing, environmental protection, automatic control, printing, packaging etc.A certain particularity shows China's paper industry .Paper industry in developed countries or regions mainly takes fiber pulp as raw material, representing a higher degree of integration of pulp and paper. While in China, it always being taken reed, bamboo, grass and other non-wood pulp-based as raw materials, and forest pulp-paper integration is still in the fledgling stage. As the pulp supply capability is poor, we are mostly depending on importations. In the developed countries or regions, the paper industry has basically realized circular economy and comprehensive utilization of resource. While in China, the paper industry is facing a relative lack of comprehensive utilization of resource, serious pollution and high energy consumption. With the development of world economy, the consumption of paper products increases. The future development of paper industry will face resource constraints and environmental stress problems. In this situation, China's paper industry is facing a particularly prominent problem.Given the characteristics and specificity of China's paper industry, and special influence on the paper production companies'credit, we should apply a special evaluation on the credit risk evaluation basing on the particularity of the paper industry. So the paper firstly reviewed the relevant theory literature of domestic and abroad credit evaluation, stated the theoretical basis of development of credit evaluation, pointed out specific evaluation of the current credit situation. On the one hand, the analysis method mainly focused mathematical model, the stock price and financial data is applicable to our country is still in discussion as it shows many shortcomings. On the other hand, most of the credit evaluation applied to all industries, lack of the refining industry. The evaluation index system was constructed with financial categories and non-financial. The weight of finance statistics is determined by partial correlation analysis and factor analysis. The method of select and determine the weight of non-financial indicators is expert score category and the preferred comparison method to analyze with operational principles.Finally, the conclusion is drawn, and several recommendations are made for the further study of the insufficiency of the paper.
