Design On Performance Appraisal System For Small And Medium-sized Technical Service Enterprises

As the technical service-oriented enterprises to grow continuously, they also exposed a number of performance management problems. In some enterprises, the performance appraisal becomes formalistic and could not exert its function. It also brings some side effects, even resulted in the waste of human resource and material resource. However, the main reasons are not combined the methods with business targets, and lack of implementation in every Performance Appraisal procedure. This paper attempts to make a Performance Appraisal Index System according to the procedures of Performance Appraisal and domestic technical service-oriented enterprises'situation. Through the operation of the system in a company, we can know the effectiveness.This paper introduces the theory of performance appraisal, including the performance appraisal system, the basic concept, content and performance assessment at home and abroad and other aspects of development. Then we proposed their current problems in performance on the basis of analysis the characteristics of the technical service-oriented enterprises and the developments of them. In order to solve these problems, we follow the relevant theory and the process to establish performance appraisal system, discusses how to create a performance index system. Finally, we use an example of the J Company to illustrate how to set up a performance index system. And we also summarized the problems when use the performance index system and the corresponding measures. The study helps to improve the enterprises'human resource management capabilities, promote the development of the enterprises.
