At present,with the rapid development of the overall economic environment,China’s private enterprises have gained great development space.Green energy enterprises,in particular,are facing better development opportunities and will inevitably face fierce competition in the industry today with the support of national policies and the continuous updating of technologies.In the process of enterprise management,many private enterprises in our country regard performance appraisal as an important part of enterprise human resources management.However,due to the lack of in-depth understanding of performance appraisal,there are still some misunderstandings in the construction of performance appraisal system,and no effective methods have been found.As a result,there are many problems in the performance appraisal system.Instead of helping enterprises to improve the work performance of employees,the overall operation performance of enterprises cannot reach the set goals,and even employees of enterprises are prone to have certain resistance.This paper studies the construction of the performance appraisal system of Jiangxi yifa electric power technology co.,ltd,which is a representative company.it innovatively analyzes the problems of the performance appraisal system based on employee behavior and performance appraisal objectives,finds out the existing problems,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies according to the scientific theory of performance appraisal.This paper holds that the optimization of performance appraisal should follow the objective of appraisal,adopt reasonable ways and methods,and formulate an accurate quantitative index system to help enterprises make better appraisal results,and fully apply the results to enhance the work efficiency of employees and ensure the competitiveness of enterprise human resources.
