With the technology developing more quickly, the life cycles of product became shorter as well as the competition of market grew more turbulent. Some new technology that can create new industrials and bring changes to establish industrials strike lots of established leader company fierily, meanwhile, it impacted deeply on the theory and management methods rooted in technology innovation. So, a totally different innovation pattern--disruptive innovation aroused much attention in the technology management research field. This paper pays close attention to market to explain the influence of market structure on radical innovation. This paper divides marke base on the degree of market convergence, research of the influence of different market type on disruptive innovation..First of all, this paper will introduce three points:the connotation and characteristics of disruptive innovation, the laws of market on disruptive innovation, the particularity of market position of disruptive innovation and market segmentation. Secondly, this paper uses market track graph to illustrate the variation of market share, and uses Adner-Zemsky model to analyze competence between existing enterprises and entering enterprises, in order to elaborate that it is the disruptive innovation to alter the market pattern. Thirdly, this paper divides market into concentrated consumer market and dispensed consumer market according to the degree of market convergence, and establishes model to analyze the differences between influences of two market type on disruptive innovation. Finally, this paper gives a case analysis.
