Study On Management Of Design Team Creation While Conceptual Design Of Product

In today's world, design has become a "marginal area" to joint artistic and technical world. Industrial design as a new discipline has been gradually recognized by community, people also ware of the importance of industrial design for the positive impact of science and technology, production and lifestyles. However, in new conditions, the operation of industrial design can not do without the effective management of the design team and test of the market, especially the management of team creation, which involves the survival and development of team.Into the 1990s, application of teamwork gets more and more extensive; research on teamwork also gets recognition. Maintains high design creativity is the key for whether a team has advantages, lives or not. So, management of team creation in industrial design become the key to success for modern enterprise and product development; also become an indispensable element for enterprises to success. But, research in this field of international design industry is only from a psychological point of view; at home it is almost empty now.There are a lot of ways to enhance the creativity of the design team, this dissertation aimed at conceptual design of industrial design, analyzed atmosphere around the team, designers group structure, self-management, work environment and incentive process as five aspects to enhance the creativity of the design team, and bring forward appropriate ways.In this paper, because of certain academic and practical theories as the guiding ideology, large design management and "living" theories applied to team creativity of industrial design, make it applicable to members of the design team and design team managers. Then, make a detailed analysis of the characteristics of the industrial design team, the relationship and impact of design team and creativity, also factors impact of the team design creation.Combined with some legend, introduce detailed ways and means to improve the team creation, provide a reference template for the team manager.
