Research For Design Method Of Ageing Innovation Design Incubator Based On Services Design

From the end of this century to the next century, China, even the world, must face a problem caused by increasingly aging population, which will bring serious economic and social problems by the long-term impact. The rapidly growing aging proportion of the population have raised new and higher requirements to the improvement of the existing public pension service system, as well as innovative products designed for the elderly and pension services. Faced with the status of existing imperfect structure of public services for the elderly, aging products largely needed, new opportunities in "silver economy", it is a big challenge and a deep thinking problem for designers and relative industries to design aging products which meet the needs of the older as well as marketable. Taking example by many rising innovation incubators did a great contribution to incubating many innovative products and groups for rising fields of internet technology and smart hardware, this paper will conceive an propose of design an incubator platform for aging products innovation design, deriving the innovative design method of’people comes first’ into aging product design procedure, concluding aging users mental, physical and behavior features, focusing on mental and emotional needs of the old, discussing design for service system procedure of the incubator for aging products design. At the end of the research, an experience lounge in an incubator is chosen for the first design practice, following the service design procedure, in a community in Beijing.
