In the process of becomming urban country in China,the urban appearance has always being one of the topics in governments emphasis.However,some problems about the urban appearance administration has being besef the apartment of the urban appearance administration。Since 2000, Dalian has made certain progress in the city's appearance management aspect, but also has many problems in many aspects.The thesis is under the circurnstances,according to the existed study resuit and the writer's work experience,study of the urban appearance administration of China.The text is composed with five parts:The first part is about relative theory of the urban appearance administration,including the definition of the urban appearance administration and charter and the meaning.The second part is about the station of the urban appearance administration, and existing problem of the urban appearance administration and the anlysis the cause in Dalian.The third part is about the inside and outside part of developed urban city's appearance management advanced experience introduces.The fourth part is about ways to resolve the urban appearance administration and giving five suggestions.
