Chinese City Appearance Management: Dilemma And Way Out

Under the development of the world prosperous economy and the period of the globalization, the city appearance management of China has experienced the course from regardless to the most valuable attention. The city of China has gotten rid of the traditional idea that"re-construction, light management". But, the intensifying city appearance management did not gain the long effective and satisfied job performance for the residents of the city. At present, Chinese city appearance management is also in a dilemma. In this paper, the author will point out the non-long effective situation is the key problem of China through the systematic research and analysis, including: the low efficiency in solving city appearance management problems, the illegal construction problems, the bad environment of"the village in city"and the road, the weakness in city infrastructure, the difficulty in street vendor management and the bad image of our city manager. Then, the author will analyze the main subjective and objective causes of all the problems. Subsequently, the author will introduce the main practical experiences of the developed counties and areas. At the end of the paper, the author presents, in order to solve all the problems ,the main choice of China is to build a long effective mechanism ,and the author introduce the concrete ways and methods.
