Research On The Management Pattern Of City Appearance Fitting To Region Jianye

During October 2005,the 10^th national games was performed in nanjing, which region jianye was the main playing area, wishing to welcome the worldwide guests with the prefect city appearance. Taking the 10th national games as a good chance, The region jianye advances the city appearance management long-term and effective, and fully upgrades the city management level, which is the purpose of the thesis.The thesis takes the city appearance management of region jianye as studying object, combining the actual instance of the region, guiding by the theory of the administrative management,public management and city management, studying the advanced experience of the other domestic city management, researching and finding the long and effective mechanism of city appearance management to fit the region jianye.Firstly, the thesis expatiates the actuality and problem of the city appearance management of region jianye, such as taking management and controlling as important,neglecting the service,the offside,absence and mistake of the government function; Secondly, the thesis studies the theory of the city management and city appearance management, and analyses the developing current of the city appearance, pointing out that the theory of adjustment and control is the main idea of evolvement of the city management, also that the people's need of different levels is the original power to advance the theory of city management innovating continually; Thirdly, through studying the other cities'advanced experiences of the city appearance and combining the actual instance of the region jianye, the thesis puts forward the modularization project of the city appearance management, which detailedly explains the principle,institution setting,work flow and the correlative system; and is been applying in the practice, enhancing the management level of the city appearance and being the sample of the surrounding cities; finally, taking the modularization management mode of city appearance as the base, the thesis brings forward some farther suggestions ,which is from the city appearance management mechanism,widening the origin of the outlay,innovating the management means and strengthen the law construction.
