Study On Innovation Ability Of Shenyang High-tech Zones

High-tech zones display a completely new economic development model in the high-tech times. It brings with it a new model for the development of the knowledge economy. The model is not only the most significant innovation in the high-tech industrialization in the 20th century, but also shapes the main tendency of the development of the world economy in the 21th century. Therefore, much attention has been paid to the study on high-tech zones both at home and abroad. In fact, the theory and practice of the zones is a complicated topic, which involves different aspects and the study of it will be a pioneering project. The author tries to make a profound study on, based on multidisciplinary theories and methods, the regional innovation ability of high-tech zones. The study will have much significance both in theory and real practice.At first, the present paper defies the term of high-tech zones and innovation, concludes the theories. Based on the theories the present paper proposes the innovation system of high-tech zones. The author makes a comprehensive review of the previous research methods and results, and proposes the theoretical structure of innovation, on which a new theoretical framework is built up to analyze the innovation of high-tech zones. In the process, the nature, major characteristics and basic structure of the innovative system in the high-tech zones are revealed. Analyzed the influential factors deeply, the author construct the assessment indices of high-tech zones as a tool for researching the high-tech zones. In the final part of the paper, the author analyzes the high-tech zones in Shenyang. At the end of paper, the author gives the suggestions.
