The Study Of Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Employment Structure Of LiaoNing

The adjustment of industrial structure is a necessity to the development of economy. The structure of the social employment will change if the industrial structure changes. In a sense, the industrial structure decides the employment structure. However, sometimes the change of employment structure separates from the change of industrial structure, which hinders the employment from transforming and the economy from growing. In order to guarantee the growth of the employment, it's very significant to study the interaction between the two changes and find the right employment structure adapting to the change of the industrial structure.This paper selects Liaoning as the study object, because Liaoning as a China's northeast province with large population, a good solution to the employment problem, is related to the achievement of revitalizing northeast old industrial base strategy. Firstly, this paper reviews the related theories, following, it analyzes the industrial structure evolution process and the trends of employment changes in Liaoning, and aggregates the change trends and gives general comments; then analyzes the interaction between industrial structure evolution and employment of Liaoning, on the one hand, it studies the effect between industrial structure and employment structure, including analysis of the relation of industrial and employment structure; on the other hand it uses model VAR which quantitatively analysis the relationship of industrial structure and employment structure. In the end this article based on the results of these analysis above, suggests some economic policy in order to promote the full employment in Liaoning. This paper aims to analyze Liaoning's employment problem from the perspective of the industrial structure evolving process, and hope to properly handle the issue of employment problem.In a word, through the analysis of Liaoning's industrial structure and employment, we can conclude that along with the sustained and rapid economic growth, industrial and employment structure have undergone profound changes. The primary industry has clear downward trend, the secondary industry performs steadily with decreased trend, and the tertiary industry has significant increased trend. The industrial structure develops in the positive direction for the employment, but changes in the employment structure have yet to be improved and there is a certain lag. Hope that the relation measure presented in this papers can promote the harmonious development of Liaoning's employment structure and industrial; structure in future.
