Research On The Manufacturing Enterprise Knowledge Management Based On Knowledge Flow Model

With the acceleration of knowledge economic and global economic integration, knowledge which is gradually replacing the material resources becomes the main resource in the modern society. Manufacturing enterprise that is very important to the development for the national economy and the people live is the pillar of country and one of the indispensable industry. So the research of knowledge management on manufactures is particularly important. In today's society the research of manufacturing enterprise knowledge management has more and more attracted in and out of country, whether at home or abroad knowledge management of manufacturing enterprise is researched in different levels from different point of view. Knowledge flows is a new knowledge management methods and techniques, the role of which has become increasingly obvious for knowledge management. However at home and abroad, knowledge flow is used to research systematically for knowledge management which still do not study and discuss. Knowledge flow is an advanced methods and techniques for the knowledge management in enterprise, it can collate and distribute reasonably the knowledge which exist in and out of enterprise, which lets the knowledge management to play a role effectively. In this article knowledge flow is applied to manufacturing enterprise in the course of knowledge management, through building the knowledge management and knowledge flow model manufacturing enterprises put the complicated knowledge to operate efficiently.The main work of this article is summarized as follows:(1) The research of knowledge flow, knowledge flow model and knowledge management is reviewed. Knowledge management-related research of manufacturing enterprise is analysised, introducing the knowledge distribution and knowledge management on manufacturing enterprise. In the same time knowledge of the life cycle, knowledge management systems and other related content is introduced, in order to foreshadow on the back of analysis.(2) Through the above analysis, knowledge flow of manufacturing companies, manufacturing businesses and manufacturing enterprises flow of knowledge life cycle, manufacturing enterprises construct a manufacturing based on the life cycle of enterprise knowledge model. And analysis the details of various parts in the model and the method knowledge flow.(3) Based on the analysis of manufacturing enterprises on the basis of knowledge, a knowledge-based model of the manufacturing enterprise knowledge management framework is established. In this process, the details of the various modules of the knowledge management framework is analysised, and introducing the framework of an important part of the Knowledge Management System-related features and technology.(4) Designing the knowledge management, the paper introduce enterprise knowledge management strategy from the knowledge of excited, the transfer of knowledge, knowledge and the exchange of knowledge on the protection, and analysis the implementation of the approaches, methods and steps.(5) In the end D as an example, knowledge management throughout of the manufacturing enterprise is analysised and introduces a strategy.
