Knowledge flow and transfer is an effectiveway of enterprise to gain to knowledge, it plays an important role in promoting economicdevelopment and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. The communications services sectoris the foundation and core of the future economic development; it is the typical industry oftechnology and knowledge-intensive. There are excellent improvements in service efficiency,service coverage, service quality by the formation of the service chain, Communication servicesplay an important role in promoting the development of other industries. In this paper, the researchobject is the knowledge flows of enterprise in service chain node, it studies problems of servicechain knowledge flow by researching the communication service chain formal and selecting theknowledge partner in the chain of communication services and optimizing the shortest path. Theresearch will enrich the theoretical and practical content of the existing knowledge flowmanagement. It has important practical significance for the development of modern service chaintheory level and enhancing the level of cooperation of mobile communications services chain nodeenterprisesThe research contents of this thesis include the following aspects:(1) It introduces the knowledge, describes the characteristics and topology in the mobilecommunication chain, analysis the impact element on the flow of knowledge. It recognizes the nodeenterprises of the chain, describes the knowledge flow and the other flows, built a mobilecommunication service chain model.(2) It analysis the influencing factors of the knowledge partner selection, with the use of fuzzyanalytic hierarchy process quantitative analysis of the impact factors, builds knowledge partnermodel based on fuzzy theory to select the optimal knowledge partner object. The results of studyindicate that: the knowledge matching degree and knowledge transferring channels is a key factor ofthe knowledge partner selection.(3) It gets each node enterprise of the mobile communication chain as the knowledge career toquantify the cost of each node enterprise’s knowledge flow in the mobile communication servicechain. Using Dijkstra method based on the knowledge flow cost of each node enterprise tooptimization, simulation analysis is carried out by using the Delphi program, verifying that the knowledge matching degree and the distance of knowledge is the key factor of effectivelyknowledge flow promotion. |
