In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has become the most important factor of production, economic and social development is increasingly dependent on knowledge production, knowledge transfer and knowledge application. The value of knowledge lies in the effective flow of knowledge, and knowledge flow is the premise of knowledge sharing, knowledge innovation and knowledge value realization. Therefore, for the enterprise, knowledge is the source of sustainable competitive advantage. Knowledge flow becomes the focus of scholars and research focus. Knowledge management theory focuses on explicit knowledge, excessively emphasizes on the function of information technology. Knowledge creation theory analyzes the spiral process of knowledge creation, describes the conditions to promote knowledge creation, and make people pay more attention to the function of tacit knowledge. Knowledge management theory and knowledge creation theory ignore the function of environment. Knowledge ecology theory focuses on the research of knowledge creation environment, and pays attention to the interactions between people, knowledge resources and knowledge environment. In the progress of building an ecological civilized society, we should correctly understand the relationship between environment and development, pay attention to the harmonious interactions between people, knowledge and environment, and build an ecological environment conducive to knowledge innovation. Therefore, study enterprise knowledge flow from the perspective of knowledge ecology not only is the needs of enterprise knowledge innovation and enterprise development, but also is the inevitable choice to build ecological civilized society.Based on summarizing the research and practice from home and abroad, this dissertation combines knowledge ecology theory and enterprise knowledge flow, analyzes knowledge flow organization based on knowledge ecological environment, explores the process and model from value chain, supply chain, knowledge network, expounds knowledge niche theory in detail, and builds the model of enterprise development based on knowledge niche. This dissertation analyzes enterprise co-opetition body and co-opetition relationship, proposes the hypotheses between co-opetition behavior and knowledge flow efficiency in enterprise knowledge ecosystem, and tests the hypotheses according to the questionnaires, correlation analysis and regression analysis, and finally gets the conclusions. There are29figures and76tables attached to this paper. The full text is divided into eight chapters, and their main ideas are as follows:Chapter1,IntroductionThis section introduces the background and significance, analyze the research and practice progress of knowledge ecology, knowledge ecosystems and knowledge flow from home and abroad, and defines the conception of knowledge flow, and explains the contents, structure, research methods, technical route and possible innovations of this dissertation.Chapter2, Organization of knowledge flow based on knowledge ecological environmentThis section analyzes the elements of knowledge ecological environment and the influence of knowledge flow, discusses the complexity of knowledge ecological environment from internal factors, external factors and the enterprises’relationships, expounds intellectual property risk brought by knowledge interaction under knowledge ecological environment, and put forward the strategies to cope with intellectual property risk.Chapter3, Enterprise knowledge flow mechanism under knowledge ecosystemThis section uses the related knowledge of energy flow for reference, points out that value chain, supply chain and knowledge network are the channels of knowledge flow in knowledge ecosystem, analyzes the contents and process of knowledge flow from the perspective of value chain, supply chain and knowledge network, and constructs the knowledge flow models based on value chain, supply chain and knowledge network.Chapter4, Enterprise development models based on knowledge nicheThis section introduces the niche theory and its interpretations for competition, makes comprehensive study of knowledge niche theory from knowledge niche breadth, knowledge niche overlap, knowledge niche separation and knowledge niche change, and builds enterprise development models based on knowledge niche, including competition development model, partial benefit development model and reciprocity development model.Chapter5, Theoretical hypotheses between enterprise co-opetition behavior and knowledge flow efficiency in knowledge ecosystemThis section introduces the cognition of traditional theories for co-opetition behavior, builds the ecological model of enterprise co-opetition, analyzes co-opetition relationship in enterprise knowledge ecosystem, and proposes the theoretical hypotheses between co-opetition behavior and knowledge flow efficiency in enterprise knowledge ecosystem.Chapter6, Sample table design, sample selection, data collection, validity analysis and reliability analysisAccording to previous analysis, this section designs the sample table between co-opetition behavior and knowledge flow efficiency in enterprise knowledge ecosystem, proposes the requirement of sample selection, collects and arranges the sample data, and verifies the reliability and validity of the sample data.Chapter7, Correlation analysis, regression analysis and hypothesis testingThis section uses statistical analysis software SPSS16.0to make correlation analysis and regression analysis, and verifies the hypothesis of co-opetition behavior and knowledge flow efficiency in enterprise knowledge ecosystem.Chapter8, ConclusionThis section summarizes the research of the dissertation, points out limitations of research, and at last puts forward the study plans for the future research.
