Research On Internal Governance Mode Of Industrial Clusters Based On Cluster Residual

Within the scope of global economy, the agglomeration of industry development becomes an increasingly common phenomenon. The organization mode of industrial clusters have big competitive advantage, but it also faces various risks, more theories about industrial clusters are concerned, such as how to coordinate the partnership between enterprises, how to distribute the residual of clusters rationally, and so on. They have been the hot issues to be researched. It is important practical benefit to China, where the cluster economics is typical and active. In this context, it is of important theoretical and practical significance to absorb the results of research on related fields to construct the internal governance mode of industrial clusters.On the basis of detailed review of literatures and residual of clusters, this paper analyzes the necessity of cooperation between enterprises and classifies the industrial clusters in accordance with the different stages of cooperation and point out the features; at last the paper reasons the conclusion according to the cases. With the researches, the conclusions of this paper are as follows:First, the competitive advantages of industrial clusters is mainly manifested by gaining the residual of clusters, which can be obtained by cooperation, so we can research the cooperation mode for the research of internal governance mode of industrial clusters, the core is how to distribute the residual of clusters.Second, the internal coordination mechanism of industrial cluster is different from the market mechanism. According to the industry and spatial relevancy of industrial clusters, the paper concludes that there are three internal governance modes of industrial clusters, coordination within the cluster, industry union governance and government governance.Third, different enterprise cooperation mode decides different types of industrial clusters, and also decides their own features; therefore, different types of clusters need different governance. The paper divides the development stage of cooperation mode into primitive stage spontaneous cooperation and stepped-up cooperation. According to this division of cooperation mode, the paper divided the industrial clusters into clusters of small and media enterprises and clusters under the leading of great enterprises. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the two types of clusters, and concludes that in the clusters of small and media enterprises, the credit and reputation mechanism, culture coordination, relationship networks, agency coordination and government coordination have the effect of coordinating, and in the clusters under the leading of great enterprises, internal reputation mechanism, culture coordination, agency coordination and government coordination have the mostly effect.
