Research On The Idea Of JIT Humanistic Management In Business Management

The thesis is about how to secure employee work in a Just In Time situation. Based on humanistic management theory and influenced by TOYOTO Just-In-Time manufacturing patterns, the research analyzes the shortage of traditional humanistic management and puts forwards to the idea of JIT humanistic management in business management. On the one hand, the author emphasizes the human rights'critical role as the foundation of JIT humanistic management,which helps employees manage themselves and transcend the constraint of thinking and drives employees to work in JIT status voluntarily. In the process of research, the author finds that human rights had been developing in the humanistic management and that the guarantee of human rights influences workers'state positively, which can be reflected on the high efficiency and high passion. On the other hand, because workers always are encompassed by past thinking patterns and Inertia, they can not work in high efficiency and live unhappy. From the above aspects, the author believes that the introduction of JIT humanistic management in business management is essential. And then the thesis gives the specific advices of the idea of JIT humanistic management, including safeguarding workers'human rights, using JIT enlighten employees, setting special department to coach them, constructing organization culture by the idea of JIT humanistic management and then achieving employees manage themselves.At last, the research analyzes some aspects of our country's company applying idea of JIT humanistic management, such as the necessity and conditions, the negative hinders and some countermeasures, hoping that the paper can help our country's firm improve the level of management and strategy management and develop in commonly sustainable patterns.
