It comes to the third phase about the development of management theory after thethree phases have gone. That is sublimation on known of people. It is brought up thatpeople is the most important resource and most valuable wealth. It is required by timeand key to achieve success to fully understand connotation and soul of humanisticmanagement as well as to establish the management engineering and system on thebasis of nature of human being.The author, as a supervisor and a subordinate and on the basis of nature of humanbeing and his experience, has studied how to match the nature of human being in orderto manage a firm and supervise its manpower. The humanistic management has beenexpatiated upon a few main aspects.Firstly, the nature of human being in the humanistic management has been studied.The hypothesis on nature of human being is very important to affect the work methodmade by supervisor. Discovery is made as followings via learning and analyzing thenature of human being and their demand. Although human being attempt to benefit andagainst risk, human being can be changed affected by some conditions and surroundings.In fact, people are satisfied with their achievement and their demand accompanied by comparison and selection amongstthese factors. People can be supervised and changed according to this nature. People arewilling to serve others and maintain good relation with others so that they can besatisfied.Further, the main content of humanistic management has been fully studied such asleading, organizing, motivating, relationship of human being and etc. These studies canaffect directly whether the potential capacity and the enthusiasm of people can beexerted or not. The essence on humanistic management is to encourage or motivatepeople whole heartily to serve the organization and achieve their satisfaction anddevelopment at the same time.Last but not least, it is point out that to implement the humanistic management isthe fundamentally to achieve success for a firm from the competitive environment. Thecomparison between two factual examples and analysis on these is to support the abovefindings.
