The Research Of Changes And Ways To Improve In Economic Beneficial Result Of Business System Of Our Country

The global financial crisis in September 2008 had a significant impact on China's economy. That leaded to rapidly decline in China's exports and increased the number of the unemployed. In response to the crisis, our government timely and decisively introduced a series of macroeconomic policies.The immediate purpose of these policies is to stimulate consumption, expand domestic demand and promote economic stable and rapid development. To achieve this goal, in addition to increasing consumer income, improving the social security system, expanding employment, we but also should be recognized that circulation industry, especially the business,has a very important role in expanding domestic demand and is an indispensable bridge and link. So,we should find out how the economic beneficial result of business system of our country is, whether it can play an active role in achieving these goals and where its future development path is.To answer these questions,we must figure out what the commercial economic benefits is, how to assess it. For that, based on the theoretical analysis of the evaluation index system of the economic beneficial result of the business, we have chosen the evaluating indicators and analyzed the economic status of China's commercial in this paper. Finally, according to the contents, we set out the basic way to improve the economic efficiency of China's Commercial.This article includes six parts.Part I described the research background of the paper and its value.Part II introduced the economic theory of business,including business theory, status and commercial capital and profits and other content, and reviewed the literatures of the economic benefits of business.Part III defined the economic benefits of business, explained its evaluation index system in theory, including output, net output, labor efficiency, capital utilization, the rate of circulation costs,business profit, integrated coefficient and per capita profit tax and so on, also explained why analyzed that from four aspects, the total, efficiency, profitability and integrated in this article.Part IV described the overall situation of the business development since the Chinese establishment, analyzed in depth the above four aspects by total retail sales of social consumer goods,labor efficiency,profitability and per capita profit tax and other indicators respectively, and revealed the actual development of China's commercial situation and the reasons behind them.Part V described respectively the commercial developments of United States and Japan, analyzed them from two aspects,the total amount and efficiency, and made an explanation the gap between China and the United States and Japan from two perspectives,the development stage and institutional arrangements.Part VI described the reasons of the impact of China's commercial economic, set out the basic approach to improve that from the macro and micro levels.
