From the perspective of the entire national economy, state-owned commercial banks are the main force of China's banking industry. As market-oriented further in-depth of China's state-owned commercial banks,, human resource management and development must used by state-owned banks.How to improve the work-related attitude of bank employees,make the staff truly love their work;How to retain good employees, reduce employee turnover rate; How to improve employee performance, etc.,become China's state-owned commercial banks'questions.Work-Related Attitudes and Employee Performance as an important interdisciplinary research has always been concern and attention by the theory community and the business community. In particular, the Work related-attitude of employees included Job Satisfaction, Organiaztional Commitment and job Burn-out, it is the positive and negative evaluation of work. Employ performance is a result of employee behavior, including Task Performance and Contextual Performance. An extensive literature shows that many factors affect their performance, however, Work-Related Attitude perspective show the relationship between the two is still relatively small. Exploring the relationship have positive value between the two to improve employee performance, improve job satisfaction and retain qualified personnel,ect. Therefore, this article make a empirical study on the attitude of Work-Related Attitude and Performance have both theory and reality value.In this paper, Chengdu employees of state-owned commercial banks as the study, aimed at understanding of Work-Related Attitude and Performance,explore the impact of the relationship between the Work-Related Attitudes and Performance. In this article, there are three main innovation points:first, Chengdu employees of state-owned commercial banks as the study;second, Work-Related Attitude perspective show the relationship between the Work-Related Attitude and Performance:third,Job burn-out is a new dimension in three dimension model of Work-Related Attitude. This study used a questionnaire survey and informal interview. Investigated the Chengdu state-owned commercial banks (mainly for branches of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Construction Bank of china, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China in Chengdu structure),there are approximately 200 employees, received 155 valid questionnaires.In this paper, researcher analysis many data by SPSS16.0 statistical analysis software. And this research had validated the suppositions and given the conclusion as follows:(1) Work-Related Attitude of Chengdu employees of state-owned commercial banks have three factor structure,they are Job Satisfaction, Organiaztional Commitment and Job Burn-out;Performance have two facor sturcture,they are Task Performance and Contextual Performance.(2) The different attributes of the Chengdu employees of state-owned commercial banks affect the Work-Related Attitude and Job Performance.(3) The some positive relationship between the Work-Related Attitude and Job Performance is exist.
