The research about the optimized allocation of telecommunications network resources will provide assistance to telecommunication network resources optimization allocation.Firstly, from the background and significance of telecommunication network resources research, it describes the status and significance of domestic and international telecommunications network resource optimization, and meanwhile adopts a brief overview with the relative theory. Secondly, on the basis of the average level of resource allocation data in telecommunication enterprises, the common problems are analyzed with DEA data envelopment analysis; constructs the demand function, the supply/demand functions, the Cobb-Douglas production function, and the non-linear optimal allocation model. Optimized model is an improved model when four kinds of resources achieve the optimal allocation simultaneously and has larger superiority than the single resource optimized model before. At last, utilizing the resource allocation data of China telecom Dongying Branch, it could optimize the existing resources and make demonstration analysis.With the optimized allocation model and the condition of demonstration analysis and allowable error, it supply the relative theory for the optimized allocation of the telecom enterprises.
