| The Party Central Committee referred to "Rise of Central China" as the height of national development strategies,in order to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy and implement the scientific outlook on development and form interactive features,complementary,mutual promotion and common development of the new pattern among eastern,central and weatern.In addition,modern logistics as a new service industry is rapidly rising and become pillar industry of the national economy and a new economic growth point.So as one of six provinces in central,how does the Henan province promote development of Henan logistics for the purpose of promoting economic development of the province and the rising of the central region?Based on this issue,this article conductes the study.Considering the development process of logistics and market supply and demand in the Henan province,this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of logistics industry in Henan based on the strategy of the rise of the central region.Then,under the background of the rise of the central region,the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Henan logistics,and comprehensively evaluate the development of logistics capabilities between the Henan and the five provinces in central region by means of the Factor Analysis,and identify the problems in the logistics development in Henan province in order to provide theoretical basis for the relevant development countermeasures.At last,on the basis of the above analysis,combined with the actual situation in Henan,this paper brings forward to some countermeasures of logistics development in Henan province from the modern logistics development concept,the personnel training of logistics,modern logistics information system construction,provincial cooperation and related industrial policies,which provedes an approach for the government and logistics industry as a reference. |
