China's Internet Banking Risk-prevention Measures

Being convenient, fast and unlimited to time and space, Internet Banking has been developing rapidly during the recent year. But along with its growing in quantity and volume, there occurred new risks and challenges. As Internet Banking experienced a short developing period both home and abroad, there hasn't been very systematic study on internet banking risks.Part I: Introduction. It gives the background and significance of the research;the achievements made by researchers both domestic and abroad,frame works,approaches and contemplations;then a bordering definition of concerned concepts,Internet banking features, Internet banking model and operating processes, Internet banking advantages.Part II: The development of China's Internet Banking and risk-prevention status. Describes the development of China's Internet Banking status and the form of services, analysis on the internet banking risk managing situation and problems in China.Part III: Foreign internet banking risk-prevention status and reference. I introduced the internet banking risk managing situation in other countries, mainly in US and European countries, as well as their useful experience to us.Part IV: China's Internet banking risk-prevention measures. in view of the internet banking risk managing situation in our country,I gave detailed analysis and suggested methods on technical risk preventing, safety certificating, inner-control managing rules and outer environment perfecting and supervision strengthening.Part V:Through the internet banking risk-prevention practice of Bank of Communications, I introduced the methods and gave suggestions on China's internet banking risk managing.I hope this thesis may do some help to the analysis and study of China's internet banking risk-prevention.
