China's Internet consumer finance started relatively late,really well known in 2015,was in the early stages of development,product design,risk management are not yet mature.By 2017,with the strong support of the government,the internet consumer finance industry in our country starts to develop rapidly.However,the rapid development does not mean that it has already been sufficiently mature and the excessive development has also led to the emergence of various problems.Although there are literature studies,few scholars analyze Internet consumer finance and its risk prevention and control comprehensively.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study internet consumer finance and its risk prevention.The problem studied in this paper is whether its product design and risk management are reasonable under the background of rapid development of Internet consumer finance in our country.The rapid development of the same time we will face the challenges,what are the risks.Then for these major risks affecting the development,how we should make preventive measures.On the basis of combing the research status of Internet consumer finance at home and abroad,this paper briefly introduces the meaning and characteristics of internet consumer finance,the main models,the development status quo and the development trend.Then through the case analysis of the risk products of credit payment products in China's e-commerce platform,it is concluded that the development of Internet consumer finance in our country is risky.The main risks include credit risk,operational risk,technical risk,market risk and legal risk.The causes of various risks are analyzed.Finally,the risk prevention in Internet consumer finance is illustrated from three aspects.The first is the consumer level,the need to strengthen user authentication,improve information transparency and reduce credit risk;improve staff quality,enhance consumer awareness of risk and reduce operational risk.Second is the level of Internet consumer financial institutions,the need to strengthen network security management,reduce technical risks;the use of big data to make predictions to improve the liquidity of funds to deal with market risk.Finally,at the government level,we need to improve the personal credit information system and improve the regulatory system.
