Study On New Rural Construction Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is not only the important element in the process of China's modernization in the 21st century but the linchpin for neutralizing many social issues as well. Building socialist new contryside is the historic task in modernization .It is an urgent issue on how to combine the urbannization and new rural areas effectively and develop it into the balance level in economy and social aspects.The relationship between socialist new contryside and urbannization is probed under the background of urbanization on the basis of economics demography and sociology theory combined with"village merger and villages become commumities"and"agriculture industrialization"project .The following conclusions are reached via theoretical and empirical analysis with reference to the reform case made by Dezhou city (1) The new rural areas shall be planned in accordance with actual population immigration and transference in the view of rural-urban all-in-one level .(2) Farmers are the main force for building up new countryside.Only when the farmers'income is increased can the state economy drive into a a beneficial economic cycle.(3) The urban-rural income difference can be solved and the goal of building new rural area can be reached under the drive by urbanization ,agricultural industrialization and agriculture production potential via boosting rural labour force ability ,reforming the current household stipulation , building up equity social security system and eliminating the gap between rural and urban areas.
