| The Industry Cluster is an important economic phenomenon in the development of the economic, and the development of industry cluster is an irresistible trend of development, it plays an important role in promoting the region competitive power and impelling the economic development. Manufacturing industry of Hebei Province want to win in the intense market competition, not only by capital, commodity, information, but also by promoting the superiority in the scale and the brand .We should rely the various effect which the industrial cluster brings to promote the competitive power of manufacturing industry of Hebei Province.This paper appraises manufacturing industry of Hebei Province by studying the industrial cluster. Firstly, the paper introduces the significance and the necessity by studying the theory of industrial cluster from the domestic and foreign. Then the paper will descript the external environment of the manufacturing industry of Hebei Province, it could provide important practical significance; In the part of the empirical analysis , this paper studies 28 professions due to the data flaw, and constructs the indicator system according to the theory of industrial cluster ,and then adopts 12 indicator to factorial analysis. According to factor's score and the rank, we could find the weakness of each profession, it will provide the basis for the development of the whole manufacturing industry .In the empirical analysis process, the paper carries 31 provinces to analysis by Hierarchical Cluster, we could know the place of the industrial development of Hebei Province in the nation, than we could get the experience by comparing with the other provinces in which the development of industry is strong ; Finally, this paper will propose the countermeasure and proposal according to the result of empirical analysis. |
