Cluster’s general developing in the country and competition on the resources and markets, making the clusters become the mainstream of economic development instead of regional competition. As a link bridge of business, government and the country, the industrial cluster plays an important role in enhancing regional competitiveness. As one of the economic pillar industry in Liaoning, equipment manufacturing industries have created a number of regional industry clusters. This trend is rapidly developed in both the breadth and depth, becoming an "accelerator" of our province’s regional economic development.
