With the continuous development of science and technology and social progress, the competition for talents becomes more and more intensive ,the scarcity of human resources is increasingly significant. With a competitive compensation system, companies can accomplish the goals of both attracting outside talents to join the company and motivating the internal human resources to their fullest potentials. So that businesses and employees will achieve a win-win strategy which is one of the core objectives of human resource . In order to achieve this goal, enterprises should establish a scientific and human resources management system, a system that help the implementation of the strategy. Job analysis is fundament basis for human resources planning which guarantees the establishment of sound human resources management system. Among human resources management processes, whether it is recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation management, employee relationship management and other functional sectors, Job Analysis is the prerequisite of all processes mentioned.IMJ Corporation is a large-scale foreign owned electronic manufacturing company, since its inception ,IMJ has been in use a management system migrated from mother company overseas .But the company evolves from the outset a simple OEM- manufacturing processing into a full range of organization whose structure consists of research and development, design, production, logistics and services. Under such circumstances, old management system has been unable to meet organizational development needs It is imperative for IMJ to establish a new Human resource management system to support the effective management of the enterprise. To analyze each job and position with its respective responsibilities and scope becomes a priority work to accomplish.Based on the current business situation, the author use the integrated job analysis theory, techniques and methods and implement the job analysis into company's human resource management practice. The results have been very successful. It is a good start before next phase of improvement work to be. carried out. Job Analysis lays a good foundation of human resource management .It helps managers at all levels to be more aware of the situation in today's rapidly changing economic environment that human resource management plays more important roles in the enterprise business activities nowadays.
