In the early reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry through labor-intensive industries to gain a foothold.Today,most of the manufacturing enterprises are still relying on "cost-driven".Due to raw materials,labor,land and capital costs continue to improve in recent years,and competition from peers and even more and more foreign companies,business pressure is growing.At present,the production and marketing company in the human resources is facing two major challenges,one is the recruitment costs and labor shortage,resulting in grass-roots operation of the recruitment of employees more and more difficult;the other is due to the new graduate students lack of experience.So a lot of time cost and training costs are needed.CL company,as a professional engaged in rubber and plastic seals,automotive rubber parts and a variety of rubber products production,research and development and sales of large companies,the same face the above severe human resources pressure.At the same time,CL company also exists such as the high turnover rate of employees,the number of newly recruited employees in the management posts,the organizational structure of the fault,the politicization of interpersonal relations,conservative thinking and other new issues.In this paper,the research of CL human resource management is carried out based on this background.Based on the analysis of the development of traditional manufacturing enterprise management and the development of human resources,this paper analyzes the common characteristics and problems of traditional manufacturing and manufacturing enterprises in human resources management.This paper also analyzes the specific problems existing in CL human resource management.This paper diagnoses the CL company in the salary,performance appraisal,recruitment and training on the basis of the problem,find out the reasons.Then put forward the corresponding CL company human resources management system improvement program,in order to improve the company's salary system,performance appraisal,staff recruitment and training to provide advice and reference.
