Research On The Human Resources Business Partner Model Of Manufacturing Enterprises

The emerging thesis on Human Resource Business Partner Model open-up a new world for enterprise management.Base on the stable triangle working groups as SSC,COE and HRBP which could support and complete each one and other.By integrating into the business unit,HR could stand on a higher stage to support business development,deepen strategic proposal,improve HR structure even decrease the gap gradually between them and other departments.In the process of using HRBP model,leadership usually face lots of obstacles especially in manufacturing,which attach more importance to production,sales and R&D but with few concerns on Human Resource.Nowadays,at the era of strategic upgrading and advanced manufacture,proper resource allocation and Human Resource planning might influence more on enterprise development tendency.There are three core sections will be emphasized on the paper.The first part will a comprehensive theorical statement on human resource management.In this part,I will list some dilemmas of human resource management of manufacturing enterprise.Regarding the enlightenment from some pilot large-scale enterprise case,I will use the Model into manufacturing enterprise so as to complete its structure and role position.In the second part I will share a case of TS company.By analyzing the satisfaction questionnaire to know the fact on TS HR management.After summarized the survey,an improving proposal will be issued on the basic of HRBP model,offering relative solutions to such managemental problems.In the last part,with the inspiration of TS change program,I will provide constructive suggestions to manufacturing companies on HRBP model utilization.
