Performance Evaluation System Construction For Insurance Supervision Institution

As a risky business, insurance industry plays an increasingly important role in an economic society. Strengthening the supervision of the insurance industry is to prevent the insurance industry from systemic risk,therefore,to prevent the insured from economic risk.and finally to maintain the social stability. China's insurance regulatory system is based on solvency monitoring, including corporate governance structure,market conduct regulation.As the agency of CTRC,all levels of insurance industry supervision bureau are mainly responsible for the supervision of the market performance. It's regulatory has a direct impact on the effectiveness of solvency regulation and supervision of the effectiveness of corporate governance structure, for which an agency needs to strengthen the performance assessment.In this paper, the author assesses the risk in supervision of the insurance industry and analyzes the problem of the current assessment system by means of empirical analysis and comparative research with the domestic and international public sector performance evaluation as a reference. Through analysis of insurance regulation goals and objectives of the insurance industry, insurance companies, development goals, based on the insurance regulatory agency of actual work, recommendations were made to standardize the market order, the risk of early warning and timely, effective protection of the interests of the insured, the insurance agency to obtain timely and efficient services to four-dimensional degree of indicators as an agency performance appraisal system for the construction-based programs, and policies to support the needs of the assessment were discussed, to build a scientific and rational assessment of the insurance regulatory agency of the performance evaluation system has a positive meaning。...
