Study On Design And Implementation Of Iso9001: 2008 Quality Management System In Supervision Units

With the development of China's economic construction, supervision industry faces tough competition in the market, In order to develop in the market competition, business must provide more satisfactory services for customers. Market competition faced by the Supervision enterprises have to compete not only with domestic enterprises, while also facing competition from foreign counterparts, which put a higher request. In order to create a excellent business on operating scale,service quality,technical power,improving the quality management must have become the core.In this paper, C unit study on design and implementation of ISO9001: 2008 quality management system in supervision units. Study of problems existing in the management of C units, through analyzing of asset position,operating conditions and structure, and researching how to design of quality management system in C units. Evaluate of effectiveness of the quality management system using the fuzzy synthetic evaluation of the quality management system's effectiveness. Determine the strengths and weaknesses of current Quality management system, in order to lay a foundation for further improvements.The operation of quality management system in C units is successful. The result is improving the quality of supervision service,improving customer satisfaction,improving enterprise credit,improving their competitiveness. Analysis the issue of the quality management system, make the direction of continuous improvement. The purpose of this paper is making direction for supervision enterprise through researching on designing and implementing in C units, promoting development of the supervision industry.
