Building a harmonious socialist society is the major strategic task proposed by the Party Central Committee with the general secretary Hu at the core since the Sixteenth Congress. As the important objective of the economic and social development, as well as the hopes of the popular masses, it will promote the socialist modernization. Furthermore, it's of great significance in advancing the undertaking and keeping the long-term stability of the country.Enterprises are the cells of society, playing an important part in building a harmonious society. According to statistics, there are about 30 million enterprises and 300 million employees in China. The harmonious development of these enterprises and the better-off life of these employees will lay a solid foundation for the construction of a harmonious socialist society. The paper analyzes how to establish a harmonious enterprise on culture construction. Taking TTMC as an example, it shows that, based on the inheritance and development of the entrepreneurial spirit, the company tries to promote its characteristic corporate culture building which is in relation to the modern enterprise system through years of continuous development in the new century. Based on the concept of harmonious development, the company is expected to be increasingly dynamic as well as competitive in the future.The paper is mainly about building a harmonious enterprise is the need for a harmonious society. Strengthening enterprise culture construction is an important basis for sustainable development. It plays an important role in improving the core competitiveness, the management level and the staff qualities. Only with the advanced concept, values and spirit can the enterprise maintain sound and fast development.
