Research On Instant Customerization Supply Chain Management And Method Of Instant Delivery

With richer material wealth and faster life rhythm, customers'requirement that the enterprises can provide them with products instantly and cheaply forces the enterprises to have to provide individual products instantly with low cost. Because a manufacturing goal is corresponding to manufacturing mode, the enterprises need a new manufacturing mode, the goal of which is realizing low cost, customization and instant delivery(zero lead-time) simultaneity. Thus, the manufacturing mode of Instant Customerization(IC) emerges as the times require. However, IC -oriented supply chain management is a key factor that guarantees its effective operation. Consequently, constructing a kind of supply chain to support IC and realizing IC supply chain management have become an urgent problem.This paper proposes characteristics of IC supply chain, establishes and analyses IC supply chain architecture from five aspects which are the goals, tasks, information, techniques and methods compared with agile supply chain. Based on IC supply chain architecture and theoretical framework, IC supply chain management Operation Mode is finally proposes. In this paper, instant delivery model is established, an IC implementation strategy analysis method which called EMIC is proposed to solve the strategies of"Instant delivery"for IC supply chain, and implementation methods of these strategies are deeply studied to meet the"Instant delivery"requirements of IC supply chain.At last, the research fruits above all are applied to individual requirements forecasting in an enterprise, and this paper presents an empirical study of one Transformer Supplier. This paper explains the feasibility of the research fruits to the specific production environment of company. Take a component of core clamps as the forecast target, the paper analyses the divergent , relevant and conjugated substance-elements by Extenics , establishes the pieces of the relationship between target substance-elements and those below, solves the fuction convertion relationship the weight, and finally the forecasting results are obtained by weighted average method.
