Studies On Development Of Wetlands Rural Tourism Based On Landscape Ecology

In recent years, with the rapidly growing of industrialization and urbanization in our country, rural tourism attracts more and more people's attention. Developing rural tourism is the important content of building a Harmonious Society, is a new breakthrough for resolving the problem of "Three agricultural", and it is also an important means of making an integrated plan for urban and rural development, as well as the means of expanding domestic demand. Wetland has the unique advantages in developing rural tourism because of the rich natural resources. However, as the own frangibility of wetland ecosystem, traditional, conventional method of developing rural tourism not only can't work in wetland, and it even caused a set of problems, such as the damage of the ecological environment and the missing of the landscape features. Therefore, studying the approaches of developing wetlands rural tourism to achieving its sustainable development becomes an urgent problem for tourism developers and wetlands operators.In the construction of wetland area of rural tourism, the conservation and development of resources are the key points for planning. This article brings Landscape and Ecology Theory, taking Red Lotus Wetland for Example, studies the Landscape and Ecology program for rural tourism exploitation, based on analyzing the feature of wetlands rural tourism. The thesis makes functional partitions and constructs each partitions for Red Lotus Wetland, according to the pattern of patch corridor matrix . Then it uses the method of ecology protection, district planning as well as public participation etc, to protect and exploit the wetlands tourism resources effectively. The whole thesis is mainly consisted of three parts:(1)The first part is the studies about theories of wetlands rural tourism developing based on landscape ecology. First of all, the paper elaborates the basic concept and general principles of landscape ecology, utilizes the pattern of patch corridor matrix to introduce the landscape space pattern index system. Then, it through sorting out the relevant concept and theoretical of rural tourism, sum up the notion, functions, characteristics, development types, patterns and principles of wetlands rural tourism in accordance with the characteristics of wetlands ecosystem.(2)The second part is about evaluation of development conditions. After introducing the natural environment and social background of Red Lotus wetland, the thesis narrates in detail the tourism resources and tourist market in this Region and gives it a comprehensive evaluation. Then, it demonstrates the necessity and feasibility to develop rural tourism in Red Lotus wetland, though analysing the present situation of its tourism development.(3) The last part is the studies about empirical analysis. It makes Landscape ecological planning for the patch, the corridor and the matrix in Red Lotus Wetland, under the basic theories of Landscape Ecology, the natural conditions and the landscape essential factor characteristics in the area: The paper takes the background of wetland as the matrix, puts the rural tourism Landscape into three patches, and designs the road corridors of Red Lotus Wetland respectively from large scale, medium scale, small-scale. Finally, it puts forward the ecological protection proposals on the development of wetlands rural tourism from both macro-and microcosmic aspects to ensure that during the development the ecological resources in wetland area can be utilized in a sustainable way. Besides, the thesis expects to provide a beneficial reference for wetlands rural tourism in China.
