With the rapid development of scientific technology and knowledge-based economy, global economic integration is a growing trend. In recent years, the huge changes in the survival and developmental environment of enterprises resulted from the economic crisis enhance the competition and the necessity of reforming effective management measures to improve employee's performance. Contextual performance, after it was proposed in 1993,has been widely noticed and studied as one of the most important constituents of the worker's performance.The research is an empirical study focusing on the influence of social network structure and knowledge sharing on the contextual performance with the social network relation data with the knowledge sharing property data. Suggestions have been provided for the policy choosing of the enterprises. Theoretical framework is constructed after comprehensive literature review and hypothesis and models are proposed to design the tables. The research studies the traditional national enterprises. Questionnaires have been distributed and data collected with SPSS analysis of reliability and validity. On the basis of social network analysis theory, centrality data of different social network structure has been calculated by UCINET software. The conclusion is reached with correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis,firsly, discussion network centrality has positive influence on contextual performance; secondly, emotional discussion network centrality influence contextual performance negatively;thirdly,office email network centrality has positive effect on contextual performance; last but not the least, knowledge sharing of employees has positive impact on the contextual performance.The contributions are mainly the following three aspects: firstly, to design and test the different influences on contextual performance by social network structure; secondly, the positive effect of the knowledge sharing has been proved in the empirical study; thirdly, analysis of the influences of relation is given with the social network relation data and the knowledge analysis data. The suggestion has been given based on the results for the company management policies. Theoretical value and practical significance is implicated.
