In the changing environment of the business world nowadays, enterprises rely on various accumulations to make themselves updated. As it is 21st century, it is more and more clear that the capital of the enterprise is not only the finance capital but also, even more important, the invisible capital such as knowledge and experiences. Knowledge management is becoming such an important factor for enterprises to develop that many companies started to plan or deploy their knowledge management strategy. As the developing of companies, many company set their goal as grow bigger and stronger. And to achieve this goal, some companies began to merge and acquisition. As a result, a lot of human capital, finance capital facing reorganize, the culture conflict and knowledge management is also an important factor to influence enterprise reorganizing. To make sure the smooth transformation, effective and efficient methods must be deployed to management enterprise knowledge. However, during the whole process the knowledge carriers—the staffs of the company—are staying in a complicated environment, which is a dynamic social network. Their knowledge sharing is influenced by many factors in the social network. Therefore, we need to discuss this knowledge management issue from a social network analysis view.In this dissertation, we research from a social network analysis view, discuss from two aspects about the influence of social ties and enterprise structure difference to knowledge sharing. The dissertation starts with literature review. Based on these theories, we analysis the ego-centered social network in a company and the whole network data in a project team, test these factors' influence to the knowledge sharing. Then by collecting the survey data, conducting ANOVA analysis and case study, this dissertation verified the former hypothesizes and model. At last, the conclusion comes with the discussion about the applicable value of the model.This research is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. As an explorer of the research topic, the research is of noteworthy value on both theoretical and practical.
