Thirdly, according to the basic principle and operation process of AHP-ANN model and the characteristics of logistics M&A,this article proposes the assessment indicators of logistics M&A risks, establishes AHP-ANN model of risk assessment of logistics M&A, makes empirical research and gives a model application examples. Finally, this article summarizes the prevention of logistics M&A risks.
