Research On Risk Assessment And Prevention Of Cross-border Cooperation Between China And Asean Logistics Enterprises

China and ASEAN live close to each other and occupy advantageous regional advantages in cooperation.The cooperation vitality with strong complementarity in economy and trade is becoming increasingly evident.Focusing on the strategy of"one belt and one road"construction in China,the transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises is further deepened.How to evaluate and prevent the risk of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises needs further attention and research.From the point of view of Chinese enterprises,this paper evaluates and prevents the risks of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises.It uses risk identification methods such as environmental scanning,brainstorming and expert investigation,and combines the relevant theories of international strategic alliance risk,logistics alliance risk,international logistics risk and so on to advance the risks of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises.The paper identifies the risk elements and corresponding risk elements of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises,then constructs a risk evaluation model based on matter-element theory,introduces specific cases of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises,quantifies the risk evaluation index reasonably by expert investigation method,and then determines the specific weight of the index by analytic hierarchy process,which will be based on matter-element theory.The theoretical risk assessment model is applied to the case risk assessment,and the case is analyzed concretely.Finally,the risk prevention ideas,methods and Strategies of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the risk of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises and put forward preventive strategies,enrich the theory of transnational cooperation,and provide theoretical basis and methodological support for risk assessment and prevention of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN logistics enterprises.
