Study On Culture Integration Of Logistics Enterprises' Cross-border M & A

As economic globalization has been deepened and Cross-border M&A has been a remarkable economic phenomena, logistics enterprises to seek global market share and their own sustainable development, and have gradually embarked on such a road. Such as FedEx M & A Datian logistics, TNT M & A Huayu logistics, but in this process of cross-border M & A, the culture barriers become more and more obvious. Because of neglecting cultural integration and the stage of cultural development of the enterprises, leading to failure of the integration, resulting in frequent failure of many mergers and acquisitions. In view of this, this paper will research culture integration of Logistics enterprises' cross-border M&A.Firstly, combined with identity and status of the cultural of logistics companies, explained the definition and principles of cultural integration of logistics companies, the article analyses cultural integration of the logistics business in the importance of cross-border M & A.Secondly, Introduced the theory and application of ISM, analysis the impact of cultural integration by using ISM, find out the factors of the different national culture, the factors of the different enterprise culture, factors of the different business culture and differences measures factors to the impact of cultural, and analysis these four factors affecting.Thirdly, after reviewing the current studies on M&A enterprise in-integration corporate cultural integration patterns, and discussing the principles and factors affecting choosing the patterns, it constructed a in-integration corporate cultural integration pattern choosing model. On this basis the thesis, proposes the mode of the three stage selection model of enterprise culture integration, dynamic analyses cultural integration mode selection process of the logistics enterprises.Finally, the division of the stage of culture integration, redesign the process of cultural integration in the logistics business, find out the specific strategies and implementation processes of cultural integration provide the references for Logistics enterprises' cross-border M&A.
