In Telephone sales channel has been put more and more focus among the China mobile operators. However, during the project management process, more often than not, its post-evaluation is negelected.In general, the post-project evaluation is still in its young stage and is lacking of theory and method research. The standard post-project evaluation and valuation indicator system are not available and problems arise when common post-evaluation method is in use upon practical application. Therefore, to enable the company delicacy management, a targeted method indicator for the telephone sales channel post evaluation is urgently expected.This thesis starts with the development of post-project evaluation both home and abroad and proceeds with the common post-project evaluation methods. Based on the construction history and characteristics of China mobile telephone sales channel, and through expert interview, expert R&D, logical framework approach, the targeted post-evaluation methods and corresponding valuation indicator system are established and each indicator's weight is calculated by expert scoring and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process).And by establishing this valuation indicator system the project is thoroughly post-evaluated in the areas of target, process, result, influence and sustainability and proposals are given for the follow-up projects. The positive availability of the evaluation methods and valuation indicator system are proven by examples that could be refered to in similar projects but still need revising in the follow-ups.
