Project Planning And Controlling Of Chemical EPC Project

The project schedule management is an important science of project management, as the project size and complexity of the growing, planning and control has become a key part of project management, and only stick to the correct planning and control theory and methods,the project can carry out smoothly, can effectively increase the level of project management, so that our general contracting project management level rose to a new level.In this paper, the author by consulting the relevant literature, and with the engineering company's actual situation, by analysis the current deficiencies in project time management, combine EPC project management status to research the correct methods of project planning and controlling, made use the long-Lead equipments'procurement and manufacturing term to set up the project plan, track the progress use fixed percentage before project began, to Enhance the level of project management of engineering company and to promote the smooth progress of the project. This paper also suggests all project plan should work with advanced project management software. All these are to provide a reference for project management control.
