Although the real estate development to be as current principle part in the real estate industry in China has existed for ten years, the matters that emphasize the marketing scheme and neglect the process management have not yet been overcome. As the competition for markets are becoming increasingly acute, it is common focus for the real estate development enterprise how to improve the management standards efficiently in the production process of the real estate development and how to enhance the industrial competitive powering in markets.According to the existing domestic and international research results of the project management, this dissertation, which incorporates the existing operating model of the real estate development and Bolinshuijun project, outlines the development process of the real estate and the operating procedures in all phases, and studies the connections between the methods of the management and the operating procedures in all phases of the project management, and the theories of scientificity and systematization.This dissertation explores the project management organization, operating model and technical supporting under the socialist market-oriented economic circumstances, and analyzes the elements administrated by the project manager in the project management process, and studies how to control and coordinate the matters in all phases relating to the project management in accordance with the target-controlling and target-management principle of the project management. And to study management goals and methods for the real estate project management. The results are positive and guidance significance for the real estate development enterprise in China to improve the project management standards.
