For the key account of the telecom company, project progress management shows a more important effect in the whole project management process.Complete each project on time with good quality is the ultimate goal. Telecom Company engineering construction projects must go through many steps as research, project, design, engineering implementation, engineering acceptance, completion settlement etc and all the steps need the department's coordination just like the units of building, design, construction, supervision, maintenance and finance.
