Research On The Process Management Of The Production Line Reconstruction Project Of Baolong Building Material Crop

With increasing emphasis on environmental issues and national enforcement of environmental laws and regulations to increase domestic and foreign environmental technology is evolving as a steel company specializing in the disposal of waste through the use of enterprises need to build on existing production lines to achieve product production line upgrade and improve the technical capabilities to enhance market competitiveness,to achieve leapfrog development.According to the development plan,combined with the current production Baolong building materials and equipment,operation of the actual situation,through the slag powder Baolong building materials and steel slag composite powder production line to build the transformation,expanding the utilization of solid waste disposed of many varieties,Baosteel integrated solid waste provide new ways to use and ideas to become a production,research and training in one of the many varieties of Baosteel solid waste comprehensive utilization of resources base.This project has the tight schedule,the interface more difficult and longer construction period and other characteristics,and how the project put into operation on schedule as planned generate benefits,is a key measure of success of the project.First,this paper summarizes the domestic and international investigation project schedule management theories,on this basis,building on the production line to build Baolong project was carried out project work breakdown structure,activity definition,activity sequencing,duration estimating,schedule development and progress control analyzed in terms of research,the project schedule management solutions.Based on the production line to build Baolong materials during the project implementation schedule management studies for other similar projects implementation provides a theoretical and practical basis in a good reference and guidance.
