The thesis based on the TANDBERG company EBC (Executive Briefing Center) project, research the project risk management topic.First, the thesis describe the principle of project risk management, include risk identification, evolution and response.Then describe the EBC project, include WBS,budget evolution and human resource plan.The main part of this thesis is the analyze of the risk of the EBC project.By the action of brain storm, identified six type of risk of the project, include policy risk, requirement risk, financial risk, processing risk, technical risk and relevant risk. Then setup a model to do risk evolution,identified the high,middle and low risk, and describe the action plan to avoid or decrease these risks in different project phase.
